WHAT ARE PRE-BUFFED TIPS ALL ABOUT? Why do these nail tips work? The Pre-buffed Tip Difference The latest innovation in nail tip technology- these tips have been created with a rough finish. These tips are referred to as Pre-buffed simply because the surface is so rough it is though they have been pre-buffed which means there is no shine that needs to be buffed off. So there is no need to buff over the designed area. 
HANDPAINTED The designs on these tips are handpainted on to a background as described above resulting in a rough pre-buffed finish. Due to the nature of handpainted pieces, no two are exactly alike. 
MARBLED TIPS These tips are done with nail laquer but we finish off with a rough top coat for a prebuffed finish. Again due to the nature of the mediums and marbling itself no 2 tips should ever be alike. 
GLITTER TIPS The glitter added to many of these designs results in a rough finish which again gel and acrylic will cling to. 
JEWEL AND GEM TIPS These are tips with our nail art applied to them that do not have glitter added. As a result there is no rough finish as in the above mentioned tips, however there is ample room for buffing off the shine. These tips are the option for those nail techs that are too busy to add nail gems and jewels. The gems and jewels are sold seperately for those nail techs that would rather apply the nail art themselves. Remember while applying nail art may be simple the client is more likely to choose whatever the nail tech has on so it is a good idea to display your purchases. Tip Quality All our designs are done on tips of virgin ABS resin. The tips are prepared in a manner similar to an artist's canvas. This preparation is key. Not only does it insure a secure pigment in the design- which means no bleeding of colours, but it also creates a rough surface that both acrylic and gel just love. Which means nail application products just hug the surface without buffing. Tips The designs are available in a French or half well cut tip. Who can purchase these tips These tips are available to both nail techs and members of the general public who love nails. Basically there is no restriction on purchasing. We do ask, however, that the nails be applied professionally for the best results. The nails must be applied with acrylic, gel or fibre glass nail application systems. Refills A great benefit to using Oceasia pre-designed tips is that refills of the hand made products are available. When certain sizes run low, the neccessary sizes can be ordered . By refills we mean that if you order a set of 50 and run out of sizes 5,6, and 9s simply put in an order of minimum 20 tips for these sizes. In that way full use can be made of each and every Oceasia handmade set you purchase.
