CUT THE TIP
Please cut the nail to a comfortable length. Note that our designs are focused along the smile line. Oceasia's fashion nails have been designed with a new technique in Pre-design Tips. This new technique insures the design will remain perfect from start to finish. The nail tip itself is of virgin AB resin. We use quality salon tips to design on. They are flexible yet long lasting. Please note that the designed tips used in the following application process are not available for sale on this site. |

BUFFING
The rough finish on these tips means there is no need for buffing but just to state the obvious - Do not buff the designed area. Note that with many of our fashion design tips the sides have been kept free of design to allow for buffing. Again buffing the sides is not really needed though due to our rough finish technique. Although it is not clear in a photo the finish is rough. The technique creates a nail tip that is best described as pre-buffed and ready to be attached. |

NON TOXIC GEL
The gel used to create this instruction page is as I mentioned above a non-toxic primer free gel. Like many gels it is odour free. It is quite an easy gel to work with - merely apply and cure. Great for those of us who like to do nails at home. Also great for the professional who likes working with non-toxic odourless products. Now the nail tech who was kind enough to help us with these photos is also an instructor for the gel used on this page. She offers 1 day courses for the non-professional stay-at-home nail artist and 2-4 day courses for the professional nail tech depending on previous experience. So she'll be more than happy to answer any questions regarding the product and its application. |

PRODUCT APPLICATION
Note in the above picture that the nail tech chose to buff the corners. Too easy. Whether you use gel or acrylic these tips are fantastic. Our fashion tips are designed to assist nail application products adhere to the nail. The unique pre-buffed finish insures less buffing with better adherence. Our quality pigments do not fade in UV light. What you see is what you get. In other words the design will only be enhanced by the application of either acrylic or gel. The once rough surface will become smooth and shiny and beautiful. Also note the shine on the gel. |

Video linksWhen watching the video links please be sure to keep your cursor off the viewing area. When using dial up networks please click on the play icon in the centre of the video screen then hit the pause button in the bottom left corner and wait for the video to fully download before watching it. You will know the download has been completed when a thin grey line has moved from the left to the far right of the thin grey bar extending from the circle with the red dot. Otherwise the download speed will be too slow on the first viewing and the image will freeze continously. Use broadband / adsl for optimum viewing. If anyone out there has a video of the nail art they have done showing off their work email us with the details.
